Dispatch times may vary for some items even if they are ordered at the same time. It usually depends on the item availability, further information will be on the item's description page. You will receive an email notification when your item has been shipped, which will include estimated delivery times according to your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery estimates are as follows in business days:
Europe: 5-12 busines days
Australia & New Zealand: 8-18 business days
US & Canada: 8-18 business days
Singapore & Hong Kong: 12-21 business days
South America: 12- 24 business days

If your order shows as dispatched and hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please first check with your local delivery office before contacting us with the details.
How are orders despatched?
We ship all items from suppliers in various countries from which we source and ship out orders; they are located in Canada, USA, Australia & UK
We ship out orders from suppliers located closest to your location to ensure quick and safe delivery. We use suppliers depending on availability of the item to ensure you receive your item as quickly as possible.
How much is delivery?
We offer Priority Delivery on all orders for only $7.95AUD. This applies, as long as we ship to your country. You can check the countries we ship to here.

Products are usually despatched separately even if you have ordered them together. If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses please complete a separate order for each address.
What payment types do we accept?
We accept payments made with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, VISA Debit, VISA Delta, Maestro, Electron.
